Shri Vijay Goel, Hon’ble MoS (I/C) YAS, addressed the gathering at 67th National Day of People’s Republic of China on 30th Sept, 2016 in New Delhi. Hon’ble minister also conveyed good wishes on behalf of the people and Govt. of India to the Ambassador Mr. Luo Zhaohui.
